1971

Plate was born providing Design services, Project Management and real estate Consulting nationwide

1988

Motivated by our costumers and market needs, Project Management service is integrated, offering within the same group, technical and administrative support.

2005

Upon the request of our customers and friends, we added the service of real estate funds management.

2008

We began to offer Auditing Service and investor representation in real estate development projects.

2013

We see the future with enthusiasm, with 40 years of experience and success, we continue updating and expanding. Today, Plate Group continues to promote the values that have led us to become a company proudly committed to our history, our services and especially our customers.

2016

Grupo Plate consolidates the Real Estate Investment Operation, as a service to its Customers.
